Formation of the institutional and legal framework for the digital transformation of the EAEU countries

The article is devoted to the definition of priority tasks and institutional and legal foundations of digital transformation of the economies of the Eurasian Economic Union. The article describes the new regulatory and legal acts that are the most important elements of the emerging institutional and organizational mechanism of digital transformation of industries and spheres of the economy of the EAEU countries. The analysis of a number of new elements of the integration structure of the digital economy of the EAEU is given: unified digital platform for public services; integrated information system; digital services for coordination and regulation in the field of intellectual property, digital technical regulation, electronic document management; digital logistics and transport infrastructure; electronic exchange of customs information between the EAEU countries. It is concluded that the successful implementation of integration institutional and legal innovations should ensure the receipt of integration synergetic effects and digital dividends for all participants of the EAEU.
