Forming of institutional structures for development of human capital

The content, advantages and ways of forming of corporate universities, methods of their financing, directions of corporate education standards are considered in this article. The institutional structures including public open education systems in the universities on the basis of corporate computer nets, joint chairs, modernized educational institutions are developed, and also the mechanisms of education and production cooperation are offered, that will provide the basis for innovational development of national economy.
