Formation of investment for the development of construction housing sector of the Republic of Tatarstan

The article is devoted to the investment development of construction housing sector of the Republic of Tatarstan. Housing is one of the most investment-intensive sectors of the economy, using in the operation of more than ten thousand different materials and products. Innovations used in the field of housing, more likely to have an impact on the investment attractiveness of the construction companies. Analysis of potential of innovative development of the enterprises of a building complex it is necessary to hold, based on data from national and regional statistics. A study was conducted on a dynamic cost structure of organizations and enterprises of construction industry of the Russian Federation in 2012 - 2016 years. The analysis allows to conclude that the construction industry of the Republic of Tatarstan is more material-intensive than in the whole of Russia due to the lower concentration of companies providing the industry actually produced materials.
