Formation of the investment design of the project of the international chain of supply of tea

The article substantiates the prospects for organizing the supply of tea from China to Russia. The features of the formation of the investment idea (idea) of the project of the international tea supply chain are considered. Special attention is paid to the study of alternative configurations of such chains. The focus is on logistical risks in the international supply chains of Chinese tea in the domestic market of Russia. Priorities of the feasibility study for building such chains are determined.
