Formation of investment policy in the construction sector of economics

This article is devoted to the review of the investment project in construction, a difficult multi-step process of creating a new real estate object. Lacking volumes of housing construction, acute demand for increasing the quality and reliability of erected buildings and structures, low efficiency, high administrative barriers, lack of sufficient investment, high demand and low consumer solvency cause the need to formulate and implement a flexible investment policy in the construction sector of the economy.
