Formation of efficient coordination system of state and private efforts investors for development of the Far North territories

The article is devoted to the assessment of the degree of partnership development between the state and private business in the Far North. The article gives a rating of the northern territories of Russia in terms of the level of public-private development partnership. The article considers the main provisions for the implementation of megaprojects in the conditions of the Far North. Also, a good practice of the Komi Republic initiative budgeting was considered, during which private funds are also attracted and used.
