Formation of ethnic and religious tolerance of modern youth (case study of the Republic of Dagestan)

The relevance of the study of young people's value orientations is determined by the contradictions between the modern society's need for tolerance and the insufficient activities of sociopolitical institutions on this matter, as well as problematic socialization of modern youth in the conditions of interethnic interaction with representatives of other cultures. The social study has revealed the factors and causes of social exclusion of the younger generation. The author suggests the specific measures helping to improve the level of tolerance, the positive development of interethnic and interfaith relations.
