Formation of quality of economic and social resources in the region

The paper reveals the concept of quality of economic and social resources of the region and it is shown that it determines the possibility of improving the quality and standard of population living, security of residence. The essence of technological and operational partnership of subjects is revealed in the process of shaping services. It is shown that a significant impact on the quality of customer service is made by the economic essence and specificity of territorial and sectoral socioeconomic systems. The quality of the economic and social resources can be assessed in terms of productivity, efficiency and innovation. The classification of territorial and sectoral socioeconomic sistems of the regions is worked out according to quality characteristics of the economic and social resources. It is shown that in the field of improving the quality of the use of the economic and social resources, the development program should primarily consider a problem of energy efficiency and productivity in the economy.
