The formation of the personnel of potential party workers of Krasnoyarsk region in premilitary years (1934-1941)

In the study the problems and features of formation of system of providing with party personnel in connection with formation of Krasnoyarsk region are considered. The author analysed the main ways, objective difficulties and subjective factors reflected in the process of formation of personnel potential of party workers of the region. The solution of risen tasks passed in difficult conditions of formation of a command management system and formation of a cult of personality of I. Stalin which was followed by mass purge of party ranks and repressions among party heads. It demanded certain changes in the system of selection and the content of party and ideological training in system of preparation and education of new shots of party workers. These two processes closely intertwined among themselves and mutually supplemented each other. Important circumstance reflected in selection and training of new shots of party workers was also that these processes took place against the lowest educational level of party weight and in general the population of Siberia, especially in rural areas and among ethnic minorities...
