This article is devoted to the problems of forming a professional and competitive startup team. In the context of innovative business, this issue is very relevant. The article discusses the main mechanisms for attracting talented employees to a startup. An analysis of the basic principles of recruiting and retaining company employees, taking into account the specifics of a startup, allows an entrepreneur to correctly approach the issue of forming a successful team. The results of the study suggest that a competent personnel policy will enable young businesses to survive all crises and move forward purposefully.
