The article shows the author's approach to the formation of an integrated management mechanism competitiveness of service industries through the introduction of innovative management techniques. We present the elements of such a mechanism and the simulation model of their functioning. The paper also proposed the introduction of principles of administrative technologies in the activities of service sphere organizations.
