Formation of a Comprehensive Model of Documentation in the Enterprise Economic Security System

The research is based on a systematic approach using methods of analysis, synthesis and modeling. To verify the model, data from 50 Russian companies was analyzed and interviews with seven experts – financial managers and economic security specialists at medium-sized companies – were conducted. Corporate risks were considered, and a comparative analysis of domestic and foreign approaches to building security systems was performed. A functional block model comprising seven interconnected blocks has been developed and visualized. The key concepts of the model are established and formalized. The survey revealed that 68% of companies do not have an integrated security document system, and 45% have suffered financial losses over the past two years due to deficiencies in the control system. It is shown that the integration of the model into the internal planning system makes it possible to reduce document flow due to its unification. For the first time, a comprehensive conceptual framework for the documentation model in the economic security system has been proposed, supplemented by empirical data and comparative analysis with international standards. The causal relationship between the model blocks and operational planning documents is substantiated.
