Food supply providing as a factor of sustainable development of animal husbandry: the case of the Sakha (Yakutia) Republic

The article examines the conditions and factors of sustainable development in livestock enterprises in a new competitive conditions. The authors investigates the problem of livestock enterprises fodder providing in the Republic. Peculiarities and problems of fodder for livestock enterprises fodder providing are revealed. The necessity of creating and maintaining a fodder balance for the period of a winter-summer cattle keeping is established. The other directions of industry food supply providing in the Far North are offered.
