This article discusses the historical period of the formation of a business culture in Russia, after the collapse of the Soviet Union and the country’s forced transition to a platform of a market economy. It should be noted that the social responsibility of business in Russia is of particular importance and relevance, both for entrepreneurs themselves and for society. Business only in that case will receive public trust in its activities if it works for the good of society and for meeting social needs, where the main values will be a sense of duty and responsibility. Speaking of «growth points» in the Chechen Republic, they single out a set of industries that are promising from their point of view for investment.
