Formation culture of health as an innovative technology in realization of state standard of the second generation

In the article the issue is considered which concerns perspective development and introduction of modular program focused on formation universal competence of culture of health at the third lesson of physical culture, introduction in the academic educational process the research project activity of student, increase of independent motor activity of student.
