Formation of personal security of law enforcement officers in the training process fire and physical training

This article analyzes the importance of the process of physical education of an employee depending on the specific conditions of his production, and also outlines the goals of physical development of law enforcement officers. The components of the employee's personal safety are considered, including the key aspects that ensure it, their individual characteristics are identified, and the aspects underlying the formation of a culture of personal safety are given. The key characteristics of the psychological portrait of an employee that can threaten his personal safety are given. The fundamental components of an integrated approach to achieve the highest efficiency of ensuring physical protection are analyzed, the importance of a set of exercises aimed at developing strength, speed and endurance, as well as special exercises related to the use of martial arts and overcoming various obstacles is considered.
