Formation of herbage and alfalfa symbiotic apparatus under the influence of mode of treatment and undersow of seeds

The authors investigated the mechanism of the effect of deep one-layered and two-layered flat-cutting treatment, seed undersow, disking and soil packing on the increase of productive longevity alfalfa sowing. It was shown that two-layered soil treatment and seed undersow result in herbage rejuvenation and rised its productivity. The most yield of dry mass, moist protein and metabolizable energy were obtained after the use of whole complex measures on the basis of two-layered treatment
