Formation of a model of innovative development of the industry

The purpose of the study is to form a model of innovative development of the machine tool industry of the Russian Federation. In accordance with the purpose of the study, the following tasks were set and solved: to give definitions of the main concepts related to the subject of the study; using the example of several management processes, to test the mechanism of forming libraries of patterns of innovative development of the industry; to develop an algorithm for forming a model of innovative development of the domestic machine tool industry. In this paper, the machine tool industry is considered as a set of machine-building enterprises that produce metal-cutting machines, forging and pressing equipment and equipment for textile, clothing and leather production, and the innovative development of the industry is considered as the transformation of the industry through the application of innovative development patterns. Lists of innovative development patterns, structured by types of managed processes, form data libraries, which can include: management of the process of forming the structure of the industry; management of the process of forming the technological core; management of the technological level and type of innovative development; management of technological modernization; financial management, etc. The developed model of innovative development of the industry is a variable combination of innovative development patterns that most fully contribute to solving the problems of the industry and revealing its potential in the current period and the development strategy in the future, including the growth of self-development potential.
