Formation of national intellectual capital in the context of international integration

The paper considers the issues of formation of a national intellectual capital in the context of international integration. The essence and content of the national intellectual capital are described. On example of the Eurasian Economic Union Are studied the relationships of several national intellectual capitals with a conclusion about the imbalance of the EEU intellectual capital. Is substantiated the role of international integration processes in the formation of national intellectual capital.
