Nanoporous structure formation in metal materials by cyclic plastoelastic deformation with laser action

Бесплатный доступ

Mechanisms of nanoporous structure formation in metal materials by plasto elastic deformation with laser action with specified power density distribution have been researched. It has been established that pulseperiodic laser radiation action result in crystalline structure defects of two phase and polyphase metal materials increase and formation of substantial internal microstresses in near surface material layers. The ability of formation nanocavities in the form of crack by multiple cyclic laser action has been showed. These cracks are formed by two crossing glide plane dislocation migration mechanism in the point of its intersection and by pile up of dislocations around impurities.
