Formation of the scientific and philosophical concept of international economic coercion

In the article, the author examines the philosophical aspect of the concept of international economic coercion, provides a retrospective analysis of changes in views on force, including interstate coercion, of famous philosophers and politicians from the Renaissance to the twentieth century, analyzes the degree of influence of historical events on changes in the philosophical assessment of measures of economic coercion.
