The article gives a scientific definition of “dancer artistry in the context of education of scenic expressiveness”, which is understood as a method of creating a full-fledged artistic image by means of choreographic art, acrobatics and theatrical plastic pantomime, focuses on the formation of the skills of musical-plastic intonation as a pedagogical condition of artistry development in school-age students at the lessons of classical dance in ballet schools of arts. Forming the dancing actor who is able to "dance” the content of music masterfully and masterfully, we address to methods of musical and plastic intonation of the choreographic text which are characterized by high degree of physical and art concentration of artistic abilities of pupils. In the modern world of choreographic art, there is a gradual rejection of a literal transfer of methods of dramatic play in ballet class, which actualizes the search of the principles of rapprochement of the methods of "the system” with the specifics of choreography, teaching student acting skill "dancing is play, or, in other words, playing is to dance”.
