Formation of new urban centers in the modern Russian city as a means of human fulfillment

The article is concerned with the mechanisms of the city development and urban centers formation. The research concludes that for the sociological study of the Russian cities the most applicable is the multicore model theory. The new city centers formation may change substantially living conditions of the city dwellers and influences human potential development.
