Forming, teaching and developing of a reserve group for a management staff

This article is dedicated to the questions of preparation of a management staff of an organization at the modern industrial enterprises. Currently with a diverse efficiency range some concepts for selection and preparation of reserve group for management staff are used, however modem organization of management work and increase in requirements for efficiency of managers of various levels have put a number of problems before human resourses departments staff, which demand the new methods of attack. In the article there is a description of the complex program for forming and development of the middle management staff of the organization capable to solve effectively both industrial and administrative problems.
