Formation of an organizational and functional model of assisted living for the disabled

The article discusses the issues of forming an organizational and functional model of assisted living for disabled people on the basis of a scientifically based approach. A comparative analysis of foreign and domestic practices was carried out. General patterns influencing the development of the assisted living system have been identified, its participants and their powers, material and technical base, human resources, and implementation mechanisms have been identified. The purpose of the study is to develop an organizational and functional model of the system of assisted living for disabled people. Research materials: The research material was data from the annual monitoring of the development of technologies for assisted living of disabled people in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, presented by 89 constituent entities as of March 1, 2024. The methodological basis for monitoring was the developed system of indicators reflecting various aspects of assisted living.
