The article examines the organizational mechanism of corporate governance. It is shown that the introduction of corporate governance is a serious change in the life of the company, and like any change, it lives by the rules of change management. As always in organizational changes, the creation of a new mechanism is a game "in the long run". And the main thing here is not to stop halfway, but to get on this road, get from it everything that is possible, to develop its business.
