Organizational Structure and Economic Enterprise Security

The article discusses the principles of forming the organizational structure of the enterprise, ensuring the economic security of the enterprise. Refusing the functional approach of organizational structure building, it is proposed to use a process approach that minimizes the number of structural units and, thereby, increase management efficiency. When designing the organizational structure of an enterprise, it is necessary to minimize the number of hierarchy levels so that the shortest chain of managerial decisions and, accordingly, levels of control over their implementation are implemented. The organizational structure of the enterprise, ensuring the economic security of the enterprise, should adequately reflect the operations of the value chain of products manufactured by the enterprise, presented as the main and logistic business processes. When forming the organizational structure, it is proposed to use the concepts of the process approach and the chain of added value of products.
