Formation of organizational structure of enterprise management in conditions of competitive development and globalization of markets

The article analyzes the features of existing management structures, there are considered the progressive forms of organizational structures, the most acceptable in the terms of competition and market globalization. In the conclusion the author offers a number of provisions concerning the formation of modern efficient organizational structure of enterprise management.
