The organizational-economic mechanism formation for managing the effectiveness of budgetary institutions activities in the sphere of culture

The article proposes the author’s interpretation of the organizational and economicmechanism for managing the effectiveness of the activities of budgetary culturalinstitutions. The requirements to the formation of the mechanism of efficiencymanagement are formulated. Functional and operational sequence of mechanismformation is proposed, coordinated with the tools of program-targeted planningimplemented by federal, regional and municipal programs for the development ofthe sphere of culture. A structural-logical model of the mechanism for managingthe efficiency of the activities of budgetary cultural institutions is described. Astructural and logical model of the mechanism for managing the efficiency ofthe activities of budgetary cultural institutions is described. In detail, the mainrequirements for the mechanism for managing the effectiveness of the activities ofbudgetary cultural institutions are disclosed.
