The article discusses the theoretical and methodological aspects of the construction enterprises'' organizational structures formation in compliance with the needs of realized construction investment project. Authors emphasize that organizational structure, designed based on the characteristics of the construction project (infrastructure lines and facilities) can provide the optimal level of rational management of construction enterprise.
