Formation of the main aspects of effective use of land resources

The article considers the main aspects of land management in the Russian Federation, provides a factor analysis of the impact on land resources, and identifies their advantages and disadvantages. We have studied and analyzed the processes that form the economic component in the implementation of the land management system, as well as the criteria for obtaining the maximum economic effect from the use of land resources. The mechanisms of economic regulation in land management, the main criteria for the effectiveness of the land management system, methods of analysis and research of land resources, the object of which is not only economic, environmental and information, as well as any other process. The types of economic efficiency in the land management system based on the effectiveness of the received initial data (results) are determined. The structure of land management in the Russian Federation is presented. The purpose of forming the main aspects necessary for effective use of land resources is revealed. Measures have been developed to improve the land management system in the Russian Federation. A multi-functional structure for the development of the land management system is proposed, based on the analysis of all the necessary aspects that have both a positive and negative impact on the country’s land resources.
