Development of the party organization in Chechnya (1920-1925)

The article studies the initial development stage of party organization in Chechnya. The leaders of the socialist revolution paid a close attention to the questions of formation and functioning of the local party organizations, especially in ethnic regions. There hadn't been any parties, including the Bolshevist one, in Chechnya before the Soviet power establishment. With transition to the peace stage of the Soviet power, the central authorities set the task to create an effective party organization in Chechnya. The chronological framework of the initial stage of this process covers 1920-1925 period. During this period the Soviet mechanism of public administration - the Soviet political system was being built in Chechnya.
