Formation of a controlling subsystem at a manufacturing enterprise: a service approach

Improving the efficiency of management at manufacturing enterprises is one of the important tasks of modern management. Its solution is of particular importance for those enterprises that operate in critical sectors of the economy in the military-industrial complex. New approaches are required to improve management efficiency. One of them is related to the emphasis on the service of processes. Based on its use, the author proposes to build a subsystem for controlling an enterprise as a specific "service" internal subsystem of an enterprise.
