Organisation of political arrangements of regional administration in post-Soviet Russia: experience of classification of models of relations of power

There are basic principals to classification of models of relations of power, which existing during the 1990s in russian regions in the article. Special attention is given to inside- and inter-elite relations specificity at the regional level. Their particularities in post-Soviet transformation context and influence of on new political arrangements of regional administration formation are defined in the article, too.
