As a result, work has been experimentally obtained micro-and nano-structures on the surface of copper and gold targets. Shows the differences in the shape and size of the image structures, depending on the energy density of the laser radiation. Using energy dispersive analysis of the irradiated region of the copper sample shows no pollution on the target surface.
