Formation of regional industrial policy priorities in the context of digitalization (on the example of the Krasnoyarsk territory)

The scale of technological and information transformations in the economy and in society makes it necessary to clarify the key priorities that determine the structure and mechanisms of socio-economic development in the long term. Industrial policy and its regional component play a special role in shaping a successful national socio-economic development strategy. It is can to transform the investment and industrial potential of the regions and turn them into a platform for the effective development of not only individual territories, but Russia as a whole. The formation and implementation of a new regional industrial policy can provide the most favorable external environment for increasing the competitiveness of industrial production and stimulating positive trends in socio-economic development on its basis. The article (on the example of the Krasnoyarsk Territory) formulates the key priorities for the development of the industrial complex of the region in the context of digital transformations, shows the main problems and risks associated with their implementation. The authors of the article substantiate the conclusion that it is necessary to develop a balanced system of priorities that takes into account territorial and spatial factors of development.
