Formation of the project competence of the future teachers in the higher school

The article discusses the topical problem of competency of the contemporary teaching personnel. Special attention is paid to the project competence of the future teachers, to the analysis of its components. The author proposes a model of the project competence of the future teachers, and describes the ways of the project competence formation in the higher school. The article summarizes some results of the empirical research, the author gives a definition of the teacher’s project competence concept.
