Formation of professional and personalistic competencies as the circumstances of increase in competitiveness of young specialist

The article is devoted to modern graduates of higher educational institutions, that the diploma of a prestigious educational institution does not guarantee good work and earnings. Hence the importance of developing competencies, both professional and personal, which will increase the competitiveness of young professionals. The situation with the training of young specialists can be improved if we work purposefully to develop personal competencies in the educational process. Referring again to the authority of Kozma Prutkov, who called: "If you want to be happy - be it!" And somewhat paraphrase, I wish all young specialists: "Do you want to be competitive - be it!"
