Formation of the production program for drilling of an oil and gas company, with the allocation of the criteria of the schedule based on Excel, in order to ensure the innovative potential

The purpose of the study is to form a full cycle of the production program for drilling oil and gas wells, taking into account the necessary criteria for creating a visual schedule based on Microsoft Office in Excel. The objectives of the study are to consider the problem associated with the reflection of the full working process in the formation of the production program for drilling oil and gas wells. To create a schedule based on Microsoft Office in Excel, which would reduce the labor costs of personnel in this area of work, as well as increase the financial effect of the production program on the degree of reduction of time for managerial decision-making in the conditions of the maximum available information based on the schedule. During the preparation of the article, the method of analytical and technical component was used. As a result of the analysis, an Excel-based economic and mathematical model was formed for a specific workflow associated with the formation of a production program for drilling, as a result, a well-established and at the same time reproduced production program of a drilling company on the schedule was obtained. The results obtained in the article, during the formation of the drilling production program, allow in the future to reduce the labor costs of personnel, increase the financial effect when implementing the production program itself.
