Formation of industrial clusters

Consideration of problems of industrial clusters formation is very relevant today. This issue is considered in this article. The definition of an industrial cluster, which is currently legally enshrined in the Russian Federation, is noted. It is indicated that in implementation of the cluster concept, participating subjects solve a number of problems in production of their products, as well as application of innovations. The basic strategies for formation of industrial clusters, based on elimination of weaknesses of the industry, are indicated. The article was tasked with the need to create and use qualitatively new technological solutions, their application and borrowing from related industrial areas. These movements should be based on scientific and industrial cooperation. At same time, a task set presupposed unification of high-tech industries with fundamental and practice-oriented science. The main objectives of integration of enterprises and research structures in industrial cluster are indicated. It was concluded that it would be expedient to include industrial clusters in composition of both enterprises and scientific and educational structures. The fact that the process of forming an industrial cluster should include multitude of components is substantiated, each of which should be aimed at eliminating certain problems and resolving a number of issues. The industrial cluster, in its essence, should conduct activities based on high-precision, high-tech technologies, as well as on the application of innovations.
