Formation of an expanded social package as one of the main mechanisms for the implementation of corporate social protection at the enterprise

This article analyzes the results of a survey conducted on the current state of affairs in the corporate sector in terms of the implementation of social measures to support and protect employees and on priority positions in the social packages of companies. These studies allow us to conclude about the weak development of corporate social policy at domestic enterprises, the main reasons for which are the lack of support from the state and the unwillingness of company management to invest in social programs. The possible options for filling the expanded social package are considered, depending on the requests of employees and taking into account the greatest efficiency at the lowest cost. All this will contribute to strengthening the company’s business image, increasing the loyalty of stakeholders and potential employees, and most importantly - labor productivity and social satisfaction of existing employees.
