Formation of semiotic rituals in totalitarian societies on the first half of the XX century

The paper treats the issue of semiotic rituals formation in totalitarian societies of the XX century. The comparison involves material originating in the Soviet Russia and Nazi Germany. Facts of borrowing or reshaping of ritual practices of traditional religions are singled out. Research gives evidence for the mode of formation of ritual systems of totalitarian states.
