Formation of system principles of indicative impact in promoting the propulsive sectors of the region

This article examines the main principles of the indicative impact on the regional economy, taking into account the concept ofpolarized development. The research proves that for the effective management of the propulsive industries in the region, a flexible system of indicators is needed that simultaneously defines the objectives of the activity, the boundaries of independence, the conditions for obtaining resource support, and allows monitoring of current functioning and forecasting development prospects, both at the sectoral and regional, national levels. The main directions of increasing the competitiveness and growth rates of the leading sectors of the economy are also given.
