This article discusses approaches to the formation of a system of enterprise development goals. It has been established that constant monitoring of the impact of the crisis on the decision-making and implementation process ensures appropriate adaptation of the enterprise to extreme conditions and stabilizes its activities. This allows the company to timely receive acceptable options for further strategic development in a crisis, adjust and systematize work in conditions of uncertainty and unpredictability, develop alternative plans for the implementation of the strategy using situational and anti-crisis management.
