Creation of a system of innovative methods and technologies of public administration in public authorities of Volga federal region's entities

This article focuses on creation of a system of innovative methods and technologies of public administration in public authorities. Proceeding from the specificity of public administration basic guidelines are identified. Conditions of implementing the reform in Volga Federal Region’s entities are considered. Possible effects from the implementation of the system are marked.
