Within the framework of the methodological key based on the principles of systemic, situational and process approaches to the management of the organization, an attempt has been made to clarify the classification of personnel risks. The possibility of using a system of balanced indicators in the process of personnel security management as the basis for creating a system for monitoring personnel risks is substantiated. The key advantages of the balanced scorecard system as a strategic planning and management tool are identified. A variant of the basis of the system of balanced indicators of personnel security of the organization has been developed. The key perspectives (projections) of the personnel security management system of the organization are proposed. Such an assessment system will allow quantifying the specifics and risk factors in the field of human resource management, assessing the extent of their impact on the organization, and serving as an indicator of the effectiveness and efficiency of management in the context of the organization’s personnel security.
