Formation of a system of indicators for assessment of enterprise's effectiveness

In the conditions of a modern market economy and high level of competition, enterprises need a constant analysis of the effectiveness of their activities. Only a competent and logical system for evaluating one's own activity can help an enterprise solve arising problems successfully and also will allow it to rise higher in the market system. Before the analysis, researcher needs to pick out list of indicators, which will illustrate the state of affairs in the enterprise. In this article are demonstrated the need for a competent system of indicators, examined the most frequently used indicators for analysis, showed the importance of using both financial and non-financial indicators.
