Formation of socio-economic potential as a prerequisite for reducing the financial dependence of the municipal district

This article is devoted to the issue of increasing the socio-economic potential of the municipal district. In this case, the socio-economic potential is considered as a factor, careful work with which can form one of the prerequisites for the subsequent independence of the district. In the article, this thesis is considered on the example of the Karachay municipal district.
