Social cohesion society on the basis of effective social policy

The article is devoted to social cohesion as a priority concept of development of modern societies, which focuses on improving the degree of social justice, socio-cultural integration, erasing social and economic dividing lines within societies to achieve their homogeneity and stability. The article also studies social cohesion and social policy. It is a priority component for forming and maintaining a high level of social cohesion. The main objectives of the research are in-depth aspects of these social phenomena, which are based in socially oriented economy of the state in the emerging market economy on the activity for the social protection of all sectors of society and development of the strategy for effective social policy. The essence of social policy and social cohesion and their relationship are analysed and the ways to improve the effectiveness of social policies and measures to enhance the level of social cohesion are suggested in this article.
