The formation of modern economic thinking under the conditions of institutional changes

The article deals with some basic principles of formation of the modern economic thinking based on the postulates of the classic and institutional schools. The full economic thinking is possible on the basis of high culture and can be formed only in the process of studying the system of disciplines, both economic and non-economic. The institutional aspects of the modern economic thinking show up in the conditions of institutional changes and reforms, in the process of which the critical importance gain the mechanism of interaction between the economic entities, the transformation of the values system and the formation of new elements of the economic thinking.
